Great bang for buck, great performance.
This new intake is great. The install was also very simple and easy. However, I had to trim down the lining just a little for the heat shield; which is no big deal. As performance, I have noticed a little more power. Feels a little more responsive since there is A LOT more air entering the engine. For mileage, it really increases my MPG. It turned my 40mpg trip to school into a 50mpg trip. The sound is fantastic since the air is rushing through the metal piping. It also makes the turbo sound a lot better too. Would recommend to other civic owners.

Could be better
For a near $200 intake, fit and finish could definitely be better. Install wasn't difficult but the instructions didn't help much, the rubber trim around the intake tube needed to be cut to size along with the heat shield portion. Overall intake tube is a little short and the velocity stack for the MAF was a pain to keep in place. The filter was probably the only great part in the box. The couplers that came in the kit looked like they had been on the shelf for years but they fit so not a huge issue. Intake sounds better than stock but you do hear the idle ticking from the engine a lot more FYI. As far as performance goes, even with my ktuner and other mods i dont really feel a difference but i just put it on today so we'll see, same goes for MPG benefits.Bottom line is, if you don't want a super obnoxious intake like the Injen then this one is a good substitute. I just bought it for the heat shield tbh, no other intake has one at this price (brand new).

Very disappointed
I really wanted to love this intake because the price range and I give it an opportunity. First of all this intake sounds awesome and looks amazing. But since you start to mount it the problems begins. The flow tube that connects with the filter have an angle that makes almost impossible to fit the filter. The instructions that came with it are poorly made and doesn’t help much. My 2017 Civic EX-Turbo had never sounded better but a few miles after mounting it, the Emissions System Problem code appears. Maybe if you tune your car you can fix that problem but the product says that you doesn’t need to tune it. My recommendation, Spend a lil more and get a better product.

Edit after a month. What a shame.
Edit! After over a month the filter has slipped off twice, possibly damaging my engine with dirt. Luckily it threw engine codes twice to let me know something was up and sure enough both times the filter had slipped off. I'm going to try 3m tape this time, don't bother, I'm just lucky I caught it soon after it happened. First time problem with these guys, I've always used them for my vehicles. What a shame. The directions are junk, but enough to get the job done if you've done these before. In one of the steps it has you put a rubber riser into a hole as part of the three bolts that secure the air box. Mine came with a male thread on both ends and it was way too short, inches off, so you couldn't use the supplied bolt, I used another I had on the shelf. You could probably just leave it off and use the other two, they fit perfect. I'm no mechanic and got it done in a few hours.Overall the quality is pretty good, especially for this price point. The welds around the air flow sensor looked awesome. It was polished and looked great, no scratches out of the box. Even the clamps looked good. OH! Do no forget the plastic piece that covers the air flow sensor, thats where people are getting codes. All mine went away when I put it on. Dumb design, nothing holds it in place. If you put the filter on too far it falls out into the filter.Final thoughts. Sounds great hearing the turbo. I have a 2020 Civic EX-T and after a few weeks with it I've gone from 33-34 mpg to 34-35 with a small, but noticeable, throttle response. I'm mostly on the interstate and thats where it really shows, at speed and you hit the gas she feels like a different car.
