Requires extra kneading compared to competitors. 4 stars. Price: Much cheaper compared to competitors. 5 stars. Analysing as a protein source @₹665/- for 1 kg and considering that about 750gms of that is protein, the price comes to be at 89 paise/gram of protein, which is cheaper than ₹1/gm of proteins from egg whites (considering 1 egg @₹6/-). Price is right for a vegetarian protein source. Value for money: With addition of lysine, this becomes a complete protein and provides 75gms of protein per 100 gms of product. The powder is more crystalline than amorphous. Haven't lab tested the efficacy or anything, but the elasticity seems fair when comparing on a like for like basis with similar products. 4 stars. Overall: 4 and 1/4th stars

I stopped buying this because something has changed over the last year. It now dries out my bread really badly, and makes it incredibly dense. Maybe the protein volume has drastically increased ?, i dont know….but I can’t use it anymore.
