Great product. clear instructions.
This under sink 5 stage RO system went together easily with the help of the manual and is currently working quite well. A number of little things, like the spare parts kit and the leak sensor cutoff switch are a nice touch. The first stage sediment filter clear housing is a must and seems to only be included in this brand. Overall quality is excellent and the full color pictures with little installation hints were great. Some minor howevers... However, there are a couple of items that can be improved, although they don't directly affect the performance of the system. One is the sheer bulk of the system (and any other RO system of this design). For dual sink installations where you have two sets of drains - and possibly garbage disposers, the system will not fit under the sink in all cases - mine was one. The main problem is the pressure tank. If you have a cabinet next door to the sink that you can give up some space, then the tank can go there. Otherwise it could be a deal breaker. This should be explained at the beginning of the manual and should give a footprint diagram and state: "STOP! Before you unpack our system...". This could simply be an added sheet laying in the top of the package. Second, the tool list is basic and you'll need other tools depending on the installation. Buy the optional slide-out rack is a must unless you plan to unmount the entire RO system occasionally as it will be impossible to change filters under the sink, especially the RO membrane. I ended up installing mine in the utility room with the faucet mounted on my laundry sink. This would be true of any RO system of this design. Not something explained on Amazon web pages for any system I looked at. Third, the manual gives a great description on how to prepare the leak sensor feedwater cutoff device, but they omitted to tell you where to put it and which line to put it in. I added the term "feedwater" because that's the line you put it in. It should be placed in the bottom of the sink cabinet under the RO system to detect leaks from the various push-in connectors that wet the cabinet floor. That should be thoroughly explained and seems to have been missed. Fourth, this system on my pressure well pump with 50-65 psi pressure switch, produces about 20 gallons a day, not 75 as advertised on Amazon. Real specs are actually spelled out in the manual and are accurate there. Not sure why they are advertising 75 GPD. The RO water to waste water ratio is not 1.5:1, which sounds amazing. It is closer to 1:1.5, which is closer to what I have read, about RO systems and is actually quite good for a non-boosted system. Although this is what I expected, it is something to be aware of if you are using it heavily and are paying for your water. A note on the above performance: my TDS (total dissolved solids) is lab tested at about 280 ppm for calcium compounds. This is high, resulting in very hard water, and will slow down RO water production. Also, running the system on a constant regulated higher pressure of 65 psi will improve the RO ratio and production performance. If you're not sure the RO system is working, without a TDS meter, just taste the waste water. (be careful if you suspect high levels of contaminants). Mine tastes like you dissolved a stick of chalk in it - imagined. The RO water is refreshing and clean. Overall, the system is excellent. The USA based company is one reason I chose this system. Although I have not had to use their help, other reviewers did and got good service. I highly recommend this system and their USA based company iSpring.

Great Value.
Work Great. Fit perfect. Excellent PPM levels. We use them in our off-grid setup for drinking. coffee, cooking water. So they last longer than a year. After 1st year PPM was 30. We use the LED UV after these to have 7 stage.

Great water quality and taste. Awesome customer service
iSpring is a fantastic water filter system. This is my second review. (July 2025) I bought it initially in the middle of 2018. Customer service is great. In 2023 the water pressure diminished considerably after 5 years of constant use. Sean in customer service explained to me how to fix the pressure issue checking it with a regular tire gauge and then pumping air with a bicycle pump. (Must be between 7 to 10 PSI). That solved the problem. This year (2025) the issue came back. Sean sent me a brand new pressure thank and other parts at no cost although my warranty expired long ago. Yesterday I put all together and my filter is working perfectly again. I just tested the water comparing the tap one (in Hollywood, Florida) with iSpring filtered one (I replaced all the cartridges in April 2025, except the RO membrane one). The numbers in ppm (particles per million) speak by them self. Tap water: 153 ppm - iSpring water: 20 ppm. Watch the video.

ECONOMICAL WAY TO GO
It was far past the time to maintain our RO system. Our RO system is a generic brand which uses all the filters included in this set. With the right wrench serving RO systems is a relatively easy DIY project if the filter was installed correctly leaving enough slack in waterlines to enable placement of entire filter assembly on floor outside of cabinet. REMEMBER when changing filters and membrane it is important to: RUN WATER THROUGH NEW FILTERS FOR AT LEAST ONE HOUR BEFORE CONSUMING I left our RO system running to drain for almost 4 hours when I finally noticed there was no longer a "sediment slick" on the surface. After that time our water was absolutely clear, with nothing on the surface. Great RO water has been restored. Cons: The post-filter was noticeably smaller than the one I replaced; There are only three of this type of filter in the kit so that they are only replaced once a year. The verdict is still out until I see how they hold up. There is only one membrane included this kit; Pros: Six complete sets of RO accessory pre-filters; enough to replace them at six month intervals over a period of three years. All filters individually plasic wrapped. Standard size Even though our RO system is mounted undersink, we routed two small reserve tanks in the back corner of the hardest to reach corner cabinet. The space now holds the tanks and back up stock of replacement filters out of the way quite efficiently without posing a major space impact upon a small kitchen. Having replacement filters readily available decreases the inertia of servicing the system regularly. I have already circled the next filter replacement day on our calendar. Its always smart to check tank air pressure when replacing filters (~40 PSI tank full / 8 PSI tank empty). FYI we mounted our storage bladder tanks on their side (not upright). We chose to install two smaller tanks in parallel to increase available water capacity in a cramped cabinet. Our last tank, installed upright, lasted less than five years because the air charge had escaped and the weight of the water destroyed the bladder membrane. Mounting two smaller tanks on their sides reduces the stress on the tank's rubber membranes since the weight of the water is not added to the pressure force on the bladder if the air leaks out the valve. Regularly checking air pressure should make the rubber bladder of these tanks last much longer. Water quality is an important issue in our household. I have just replaced all the filters; GREAT WATER for now. Will update this review at end of year one maintenance to properly assess quality of post-filters. Thus far I heartily recommend this filter set for convenience and the savings that become quite considerable over time.

Great service
I had an issue far out of warranty on my 5 stage ispring RO system, but when I contacted Sean he listened to my issue and, right away, sent out a replacement part to solve my issue. Not only does ispring make a quality product they stand by their products and take care of their customers. I highly recommend these guys. You went regret it.

The water filter arrived exactly as expected, and the quality is great. I did run into a small issue where some connectors didn’t fit my existing system, but the amazing customer service team quickly stepped in. They sent me the proper adapters free of charge, making the installation process smooth and hassle-free. Now that everything is set up, I’m absolutely loving the clean, crisp, and refreshing water! The filter works efficiently, removes impurities, and makes a noticeable difference in taste. I highly recommend this filter—not just for the great performance but also for the top-notch support that truly stands behind their product. Would definitely buy again!

La description de l'article indique que les filtres sont compatibles RCC7P, pourtant je viens de me rendre compte que les filtres post carbone ("Stage 5") ne s'adaptent pas aux raccords à vis du RCC7P, impossible de l'utiliser!!

I was delighted to discover this comprehensive replacement pack. It eliminates any uncertainty regarding which of the five-stage filters to purchase. The process of replacing the filters was equally as simple as the original installation. The instructions provided are straightforward, and the colour-coded system ensures that errors are virtually impossible. I managed to replace all the old filters with the new ones in under 30 minutes. What was the outcome? An immediate enhancement. The water once again tastes impeccably clean and pure, reminiscent of its quality on the very first day. It’s reassuring to know we are prepared for another year of delicious water. For those utilizing the iSpring system, this filter pack is undoubtedly the best choice. Its convenience, ease of use, and ability to maintain exceptional water taste are unmatched.
