Cotton. Fit is great. Quality construction.

I wear a 7 3/8 and bought an XL. It fits perfectly. I'd guess the XXL would fit a 7 1/2 at least. Great hat to wear with a headset because it has no center button on top.

Q: Where is this cap made?

Sadly, China. It is well made, sizes are accurate, and it is durable.
