Works great for the devices I've used it on. Make sure you read the instructions carefully to make it work. I would really appreciate if the instructions were stuck on the device itself. They're simple enough that they could fit easily on the back.

Very Bad
I got to product hoping to mess with my mom but when I got it the light went off but nothing happened. Then I tried it on my TV nothing, next I went to every TV in the house like before it didn't work. If your are planning to prank someone don't waste your money on this product.

Cheap and surprisingly usable
I'm pretty impressed with this little thing. I'll start off mentioning I didn't even have to program it to my cheap AOC 20" TV. As soon as I started the process, it powered off the TV and seems to be working fine since. That being said, it is a little hard to press the buttons most times, and there's absolutely no happens feedback, but it has a (rather redundant) LED light next to the IR to indicate that it is trying to send a signal which is convenient I guess. Overall the remote is cheap and you know it once you touch it, but for the price you can't go wrong.

Doesn't work on all TV's
It didn't work with the TV in my living room (Sharp), which is what I wanted to use it on with my Amazon Echo remote, but it worked with two others.

Didn't work for my TV.
Great idea, but didn't work for my TV. I have an old Pioneer Plasma. May be okay for newer flat panels.

Would be pretty cool if all the buttons worked
Would be pretty cool if all the buttons worked, but as of now I don't really see the point of having a remote that can only turn the volume up.

I confess I'm disappointed that she's never seemed to notice that the tv ...
I programmed this to work with our tv and keep it in my pocket. When I go to speak to my hard of hearing mother, who watches tv with the sound at ELEVEN all day long, I can mute the tv when I start talking so that I don't have to scream over it. I confess I'm disappointed that she's never seemed to notice that the tv magically goes silent every time I begin to speak. It's like having a superpower and nobody noticing. Sigh.
