Arrived quickly, exactly as described, for a good price. Thank you!
I like to buy books second-hand, but they often don't match the description when they arrive. This 'Used - Very good' book was in fact almost perfect, arrived quickly and was not expensive. I think that this company is an ambassador for the second-hand book market.

A Great Primer for Teaching Business English!
This book is SO comprehensive-- probably one of the MOST comprehensive in the Cambridge series! There are 300 pages' worth of writing, speaking, and listening activities to get your adult learners more comfortable in an international business environment--activities involving meetings, presentations, social mixers, and even waiting on line (or "the queue" as the authors put it). Sure, the book doesn't take into account the latest tech developments like Skype and Google+ and Quip and Constant Contact and other great innovations current as of 2015, but it certainly provides a series of timeless activities that you can do with or without technology, activities which are just as relevant today as they were over twenty years ago when this book was first published. And there ARE activities for faxes and memos, so it's not completely outdated! Rest assured, you will be well-prepared to teach a business English class with this book!I really loved this book and have become ten times more confident in teaching to adult learners with specific business-related needs and goals! I think the only frustrating part about reading this book was how the author constantly made reference (referred) to previous activities found in the same book (e.g. "for expanding on this activity, go back to page..." and so on and so forth). However, it was a small frustration to endure given the wealth of incredible content that you can immediately apply to your classroom, wherever you are teaching! Five stars! *****

Simply the best Business English book I've read
I've read and bought many business English books but have never found one as useful as this one. Sylvie Donna specifically details many, many excellent in-class exercises and even provides the level targeted (elementary, intermediate, etc) AND how long each activity is expected to take. Each activity is meticulously described to make it very easy to follow. I work with people from a variety of industries and have found almost all of these exercises flexible enough to apply to my students. The book also details things for the instructor to remember and be aware of when preparing for the course. One caveat: The book is designed for teachers who work at specific companies; those who teach in universities may not find it as useful, although I think many of the exercises can still be used in the university setting and the book is still worth buying.Excellent work! I will definitely purchase another of Sylvie Donna's books.
