I don't know what's wrong with these machines but they leak and I've had this one for 4 months and it has already leaked all over my station. I won't be buying any of these on Amazon again....they're probably refurbished. Such a hassle and nothing is built good anymore. Two thumbs down.

Wouldn't recommend this since I spend most of the time cleaning it to keep it from clogging up. It is nice though when it works. I only give it single star due to the price versus quality.

Hot soup not lather
Had a Jr for years and it was awesome. I bought the next generation and have been so disappointed. No matter how much concentrate I add, it still comes out like soup. Campbell's customer service does not respond. I have not tried other brands, but they would have to better that this model.
