Do they stick together if used and placed on top of one another?

No I have two sets my grandkids love them. The only issue we have had is if they get them really wet the cardboard gets soft and a few have pulled out of the ring. I just used my hole punch and mad a new hole on the other corner. They might not be in order but that hasn't bother them.

Can you use dry erase markers on these?

I don’t think so..it comes with water pens The water dries so the cards are reusable

Can you buy more pens-if needed?

I replaced the pens it came with with a small foam paint applicator because the child I bought it for was bearing down too hard with the pens. It worked just fine. He likes painting to reveal the pictures!
