The hydraulics on the chair doesn’t work, when you sit on it, it sinks down. Now I cannot get the chair disassembled to ship it back.

Got the split saddle. The 2 sides of the split saddle are not symmetric with the right side being noticeably higher and flatter than the left, which must be a manufacturing defect. Will be returning it.
