Not treated as fragile by warehouse,/packing dept.
I had to return the first one. It was broken. I ordered a replacement and the box was torn. This is a limited edition and should be treated as such but it seems they're not being treated as fragile. I love the product! It's a great gift! High quality! Too bad they're not being treated as fragile.
