This is a very decent headset: battery lasts forever, sound quality is pretty good, connects immediately when you power it on (once paired), and that mute button... I love it, there are very few BT headsets with a mute button.(and such button is extremely important when you have 2 jobs and use 2 headsets on 2 Teams calls at the same time)

I drive a lot. All day I have to wear the headset. So after few hours I start feeling a disconfort in my year. So, if you use for few hours than it is ok. If you have to wear all day, it will produce disconfort. The battery is really good. Holds all day with no problem. Even more than a day. The best headset that i had from confort perspectives is Plantronics Explorer 50. It's design was the best.

I mostly use it at work & on my way to & from work under my helmet.Better sound quality with great mic.Battery life is okish thats why i bought another one as a backup.

It’s ok manageable but can’t pick incoming call while you try cutting off call to pick another. Not 100% perfect

I like the size, fits comfortably, easy to use, connects to my phones easily, good sound quality.I didn't like the fact it states 2 extra earbuds enclosed, but i only had 1 ear bud in the box....

Iv bought many Bluetooth for me and my wife and this one is the best so far would recommend it to anyone

I bought this set as a replacement, for a far more expensive branded set that have recently broken. I didn't want to spend too much, especially at this time of year, so just purchased this set for less than £20, with admittedly lower expectations; but hey, they'll do for now, I thought.So expectations weren't high, I wasn't expecting the quality to be that good; so was delighted, and really surprised when I found out just how good this headset was. I use it whilst in the car, so there is often background noise; but I'm so pleased to say, that the background interference with this set is almost non-existent. The pairing with my phone was simple and quick, the controls immediately responsive, the battery life very good; and listening to and responding to calls with an ultra clear sound.The Bluetooth connection hasn't let me down, and on the one occasion when I had forgotten to remove the headset, before entering the house, I was able to pick up a signal upstairs, whilst my phone was downstairs near the front door; now that is a far better range than I have had with more expensive previous models.Obviously things like battery life, very much depends on how often, and how long the headset is in use, but I know I am getting a weeks use, between charges.I find the lightweight headset comfortable to wear; I use the extra clip on earpiece for extra security, but this is optional.This set has far exceeded my expectations, and made me realise that I don't need to spend a fortune to get crystal clear, uninterrupted sound; delighted with this purchase.

So my ancient Plantronics headset finally gave up and would no longer charge. So I looked at various headsets and this popped up as the second highest rated. I admit with 15, 5 star reviews at the time I was a bit dubious. It was the style I was looking for, it seemed a good price for the specs of the product, so I went for it! The headset arrived the next day and I'm very happy with it! First off it's simply to pair. The sound quality on calls is great! I spoke to my Father on the phone yesterday and he said that it's much clearer than my old Plantronics was, the noise cancellation is far better for wiping out background noise. The distance the bluetooth handles between mobile and headset is a vast improvement of my old headset. I can now leave my phone in another room and walk around the house (obviously depends on the size of your house but for my smallish place it's superb!) I've just figured out how to get Google Assistant to work with it. The instructions are a bit confusing as it says press the MFB for 2 seconds and an option to press the mute button also. I worked out it's a 2 second press of the mute button to activate the Google Assistant so it'll now call contacts by voice command. I was pleased to see it has a USB C Type connection. I haven't had a good chance to test the battery fully yet, however I've been on the phone a few hours today and it's still going strong. Only time will tell how the battery lasts over time. Anyway all in all I am extremely happy with this headset and I think the price is fantastic for what you get. My old Plantronics was way more expensive and that was a few years ago! 10/10 for this product!
