This item is amazing. Very comfortable and fits around knee very well. Does exactly as described. The ice pack has helped my knee injury very well and with the knee support I am in less pain. Haven't tried the heat.

Freeze pack separates from the Velcro wrap and has a resealable bag to ensure it is not contaminated by other food in the freezer or contaminates the food!! Good idea easy to use. Only downside is it only stays cold for about 30 minutes.

Got this to help with recovery after a partial meniscectomy. It's really well made, but it's not as cold as I would ideally have liked - & "warms" pretty quickly upon use. As such it's not quite the therapeutic use I had hoped for.

This is a good product but the smaller of the two "pockets" where you slip in the ice packs is too small. That makes it difficult to insert the smaller, but not the larger ice pack and over time it will probably tear. It would only take a small adjustment in the pattern cutting to enlarge that "pocket" and then this would be an even better device.
