Best Plus Value for Money than open market price, enquired in medical it is 5 needles for Rs 103 v/s 50 needles for 448 (including delivery charges).

Lower quality. Not sharp and pains
Local medical stores charge 15 per needle whereas I bought this for 334 for 50 needs which was less than 7 per needle. At the cost of 22 needles from local stores, I am getting 50. Really a steal deal Edit: After using for some time, the feedback is that it loses its sharpness quickly and causes pain during injection. So, it is not that good a value for money
