I purchased the S&T dish drying mat to keep it under my drying rack. The mat quickly absorbs excess water and keeps my kitchen platform clean. Additionally, the water evaporates from the mat and I don't need to hang it at some place to allow the water to dry out. It is a great fit for my kitchen
