First one didn't work - surely it must be a fluke. Returned it and requested a replacement. 2nd one didn't work. Weird. Surely, it must be another fluke! Changed batteries, bought new batteries, stood on my head to change batteries, shook remote. Face it West. Sprinkled it with pixie dust.... nuthin'. Returned it and requested a replacement. (This my version of continually rolling the vacuum over that 1 piece of lint that refuses to get sucked up!) Guess what. I sent it back and suggested it be drop shipped to the island of misfit toys. Say hi to the train with square wheels.

Doesn’t work at all! It really pisses me off because I have a broken arm and I ordered this believing it would work. Now I just have to go to send it to be returned and do the process all over again. Why can’t you sell quality merchandise? And yes I tried brand new batteries. I tried older batteries. The remote doesn’t work. I never leave negative reviews but I just don’t appreciate the fact that not only doesn’t it work, it’s made cheaply and I’m really upset I have to go out while awaiting a serious surgery to return your product. People shop online for a reason.

Doesn’t work. This is the only replacement I’ve bought that didn’t work. Not buying this listing again after reading others reviews. Not worth the time and effort to return. Boo. These kids lose and break the remote too often. At least I have the app on my phone

I bought one of these several months ago and it worked fine - until the dog ate it. We've got 2 puppies to cheap remotes are our friend right now --- except now - the seller changed the product they are shipping. It's of no value/use at all. Will be returning.

The remote does not go left, another right, another forward. I finally got 1 that worked so I am settled now. I think there is a big barrel of old remotes and they just pull one out when requested.
