It really works!
I don't know how this works without having to put in the. Refrigerator or freezer, but it is nice and cool, If you fall asleep on it, it will get warm after a while, but that's the purpose of having the two pack. You can just switch it out. Well worth the money, Nice and cool but not too cold. Very good for sleeping.

It stay cooling for quite a while
I was very pleasantly surprised at how long the mats stay cooling. Only dislike is I I wish they were a bit bigger. But they work.

Perfect!!
I used one year. this was so nice.my dog and cat love this . It's flat compared to other products I have, so the dogs like it and lie down there.I’m thinking buy more.

Doesn’t really cool anything.
Initially feels cool to touch, but does not really cool anything. Placed pad in refrigerator for an hour and tried again. Pad does not retain the cool and it quickly dissipates.

Keep cool with these gel packs
My wife gets hot under her chin at night, so I bought her these gel packs to keep her cool, and boy do they do the job. She says time and time again these gel packs work great, though we can't say how well they do with pain because that's not why I bought the gel packs. Anyway, they keep her neck cool, and we've found them useful in summer on legs, on backs, etc.

Baby likes it too?
I do recommend this very well-made product, and I didn't buy it from my own pain relief at first. Rather, I purchased it for my grandson who is going to be born in a week or two. If/when he gets a fever, mama is going to see if laying him on something cool will comfort him. She is an RN and agrees that it's a great idea.I have purchased another one to use for myself and I love that it is so flexible and large. I fractured my shoulder a while ago and this is easy to lay on top of it and/or wrap around my arm.

I love them but they are Expensive!
They are great for what they are, but they are pricey and heat up pretty fast. On the flip side they cool down fast too if you toss them in the fridge or freezer. I would recommend everyone have them on hand.
