Towing Mirrors Replacement Fit for 2007-2014 F150, POWER HEATED, W/AMBER SIGNAL,BLACK,LEFT(Driver Side)

Driver side mirror for a 2010 F150. This mirror was a perfect fit and very easy to install. Made a Youtube video show the installation, mainly of taking the indie door panel off to install the mirror. The F150 is a Lariat model, so the plastic trim on the factory mirror matches the color of the truck, in this case Silver. The replacement mirror trim is black so I have mismatched colors on the driver side and passenger side mirrors. I am going to see if I can replace the trim, but to tell the truth, I really don't notice the difference in color unless I am looking for it. The mirror itself is flawless, it does have the power heating, and the amber signal. Overall, a good price on a replacement mirror.

Made my 18yr old do it himself the removal and installation since it's his, he cried like a B that I should do it lol but I got him started and left him to do it he did it easily. Looks like new it's black bur I knew that when we purchased it. Perfect O'Reilly's auto parts told me about Amazon explaining close to 75% savings!

Purchased Drivers Side Mirror. After scouring the internet for an OEM replacement mirror and not finding any that are reasonably priced, I decided to give this a try. I read a lot reviews about some of the shortcomings of this mirror assembly but figured it might not be that bad. I can attest to the fact that is evident that the build quality is obviously lower quality than OEM. The mirror housing seems to be slanted slightly down than OEM. The orange light on the back of the mirror (the side facing oncoming traffic) is supposed to light up when the turn signal or four-ways are flashing, but the one I have does not light up - just acts as a reflector. No big deal and maybe my model of truck doesn't support that light. The puddle light is a bonus for me since my OEM mirror didn't have one, but as others have stated, it isn't very bright and it only illuminates when you open the door (therefore, it is only beneficial when exiting the vehicle). Others commented that the amber turn signal on the side of the mirror that faces the driver is dim - I found that it is indeed dim from the drivers perspective, but it's actually illuminated fairly bright from the perspective of other drivers. What I am displeased with most is the image in the mirror is slightly distorted - a bit like a fun-house mirror (but this is not fun). The distortion is only a negligible amount, but still enough to make me question reality and second guess what I am seeing. Maybe I'll get used to it, but I have my doubts. I can't speak for the heated-mirror function as winter just ended - even being in Wisconsin, heated mirrors is not a feature that I value much or use often. All in all, considering the limited (and expensive) availability of OEM mirror assemblies, this is an okay alternative and the age old adage "you get what you pay for" certainly applies here.

Very fast shipping. Original estimated arrival date was set for the end of the week. However, the package arrived a couple of days after placing the order. The installation was pretty easy and the mirror was a good fit on my truck. The only negative note is that the turn-signal LEDs are vary dim in the daytime and are not visible in the day time. I am otherwise happy with the purchase.
