Would these work for a 8 1/2 " tall 5 1/2 " address book that does not have tabs? Thanks

Yes, they will. You will want to measure out (with a ruler) 26 marks on a 8 1/2" tall sheet of paper equally distant from each other (or you can do 13 and have a repeat pattern), and then use that as a guide to place the tabs so they look nice and neat. Hint: 26 = 1/3" between lines and 13 = .66" between lines I got them for a pair of books that measure 8 1/2" high and they work (and look) great.

Packing 104 tabs per pack, 4 sets of 26 letters?

That is correct. Each pack contains 4 strips of paper and each paper strip contains 26 tabs with the entire alphabet. I use them to make my own indexed order books.

This tabs are printed in two sides?

No. However they are printed on an opaque white background allowing a reversed dimmed view of the letter.

Will these tabs stick to plastic sheets

I use the tabs on plastic sheet protectors and they stick very well. If they are not removed they will stay for years, but if you move the tabs they start to lose their stickiness very quickly.

Great little letter tabs

Arrived much quicker than expected. These letter tabs are a great size, not too big, not too small. They are very clearly printed. The sticky part is the same size as the tab part. You get four complete alphabets in the pack. These are not movable once they are in position they will tear paper if removed. Would buy again.
