Neshamah Should Have an Aliyah

Amazing and comforting
This book has been so helpful, almost every other page is folded that my book looks like an accordion. Most of these teachings I knew nothing about except hearing about them here are there. Judaism is so comforting and it is a shame that many Jews know nothing about this topic and traditions. I wanted to give my father the proper Jewish burial and tried to follow the mourning period but was so lost. Now this gives me a guideline to honor my father for years to come.

A must have bok for anyone who has listed a love one
Main focus of book is halacically speaking, what a Jew can do elevate and bring comfort to the Neshama.Excellent hashkamas and a recording is included from Rabbi Paysach Krohn.

Wonderfully Comforting Book
This is a wonderful book. It focuses on the emotions of the mourner instead of the Halochos. It also goes past the initial mourning stage and describes emotions and ow they can be addressed and played out, giving the mourner a connection with the person lost. There are also explanations of various customs during he year of mourning and on the yahrzeit.

Helpful information, easy read.
Beautifully written. Really applies mostly for children. Not really for spouses or siblings. A must read right away after someone passes, and the months that follow.
