Not exact for 2010 Silverado 2500 HD
Item worked well when installed but is not as solidly build. It's similar but not as heavy duty as original.

Product has performed with no issues since installation. Regular Maintenance (Bi-yearly) by lightly spraying the cable with oil, should insure trouble free operation for a long time.
