Quick shipping well packed. High quality
I really like the produckt its beautiful. Made out of quality material and dense wood. I did exspect the size was bigger but i pictured it larger in my head. However it was quite expensive to get it to iceland. But happy with the product.

Update:High quality item but less than stellar hardware
I bought this as a house warming gift for a friend who recently moved. We were looking at coat racks online and she admired this one but didn't buy it cause her money is tight (because, well, she just moved). So, being the sneaky good friend that I am I bought it without her knowing and had it shipped directly to her as a surprise. I also wound up installing it for her later on as well (see...I am a good friend). I'm very handy and could do this in my sleep (and probably have at one time or another) but the problems with the mounting are what kept me from giving this a 5 star rating. But I'm getting ahead of myself...The item itself is very well constructed and made of unfinished wood. A thoughtful touch is that they include a little bottle of some kind of oil to be rubbed into the wood - if you're so inclined (I'm not and neither is my friend). It also comes with a sturdy rail mount system which means the separate wooden rail gets mounted to the wall first and then the coat rack covers the wooden rail and attaches to it via a few screws which are screwed from the underside of the rack itself into the rail. In case you're wondering, if mounted correctly, the wooden rail will not be visible at all after the mounting is complete. This is a common mounting system that is simple but nevertheless effective. At least it's supposed to be simple. And this segues to the 3 points of criticism that I have about this item: First, on the underside of the rack itself are two screw holes through which two of the (allegedly) supplied screws must pass through and then screw into the wooden rail that is mounted on the wall (the coat rack actually covers the wooden rail once the rack is placed on it). The holes on the underside of the coat rack were drilled but not wide enough and, as a result, when I went to put in the two screws to secure the rack to the rail system, instead of the screws cleanly passing through the holes and then tapping into the wooden rail, the screws instead threaded into the holes in the rack - not the way this type of mounting system usually works (I've mounted plenty of items in my 40+ years as a handyman). So, I had to get my drill, figure out the correct size hole and then re-tap the existing holes so that the screws would pass cleanly through the holes thereby allowing the screw to then screw into the wooden rail, thus securing it to the rail already mounted on the wall.Regarding the hardware itself. They give you two common plastic wall anchors which are used when mounting to sheetrock (the anchors aren't needed if screwing into a wood or studs). Because the spot where my friend wanted the rack positioned on the designated wall didn't align with studs, I realized I would need to use the aforementioned anchors or some other appropriate type of wall anchor. And therein lie the problem. Given the type of anchors they provide, it is ESSENTIAL to pre-drill the CORRECT size hole for the anchor. If you drill too large or too small a hole (even if you're only off by a sixteenth) you'll have a problem. Of course, as seems to be the way things go nowadays - no instructions were included whatsoever which, for the average do-it-yourselfer could lead to a lot of frustration and the possibility of a botched job and a lot of expletives. But I tend to prefer a more secure and precise type of wall anchor - the type that looks like an oversized screw with a hollow hole in the middle of it that accepts a regular sized screw - a screw within a screw, if you will. This screw-type anchor also comes in either plastic or metal. If you're going to go with this type of anchor I'd recommend the metal over the plastic, the latter of which I've found to be less reliable and not as sturdy. And if you choose to go with the same screw-type anchor that I used, regardless of whether you choose the plastic or metal type, it is imperative that one uses the appropriate size and length screw for the anchor or this too will jeopardize the success of your installation. Details. The devil is in the details. And speaking of details, the hardware packet that was provided was short 1 screw. Because of all of the above, I had to stop the whole process to make an unscheduled trip to the hardware store - not the end of the world but annoying, unnecessary nuisance nevertheless.So...cheap wall anchors without any instructions, incorrectly sized mounting holes on the underside of the rack and insufficient hardware. Strike one, two and three. What I cant' understand is that someone along the way decided to care enough to use materials to manufacture this product that speak of quality. And that same care seems to have been extended to its overall design. How could they have dropped the baton in the last lap of the race, so to speak?Like I said earlier...details, details, details. And I find, more and more this to be a common experience with many products I purchase: A nicely designed, well made product that comes up just shy of perfect due to someone dropping the ball in the final execution. All in all - a sturdy product that is fairly well-made but one that would, nevertheless, need a few details addressed in order to earn 5 stars rating (from me anyway). It's like I always say... sweat the details beforehand or they'll wind up making you sweat (and swear) later.Update 5-5-22:I was contacted by customer service who apologized profusely and also said they were committed to making changes to the manufacturing and hardware packets. That's excellent customer service in my book. Upgraded rating from 3 to 4 stars.

Quality wood
First off, I love my towel hook. I was hesitant buying at first because of the price but it’s exactly what I wanted. Came earlier than expected and came with a wood wax and I’m not sure what the other extra it came with is for. I think it’s a glue if maybe it comes broken or something, I don’t know. It’s aesthetically pleasing I couldn’t be happier. I will say, this was a headache and a half to get up. There are hole dots where you screw but you’re basically creating the rest of the hole. This also might have been a user error but mine kind of leans forward. Overall though, I love the way it looks and have zero regrets splurging to get it

Looks very high end - great product.
Does not disappoint can be used in a very high end home looks appropriate does not look cheap in any way much the opposite - also has good feel to it when using, slight resistance with opening and closing the hooks. Nicer than expected for the price

Gorgeous alternative to ugly wall hooks
I wanted to find a set of wall hooks where we could hang our coats but that wouldn't be an eyesore on our minimalist walls. This is perfect. It looks and feels handmade and when not in use, it looks like a piece of art. Definitely worth the money, in my opinion!

Beautiful Towel/Robe Rack
It's a very nice, high quality product. Comes with easy to follow instructions and a nice little wood care kit. Once mounted the towel rack looks nice and should last a very long time.

Expensive and not durable
The media could not be loaded. "I followed the installation instructions precisely as stated, but unfortunately, this product ended up being both costly and lacking in durability." I would not recommend this product.

Beautiful and modern functional art
What a sleek and gorgeous piece. It arrived much quicker than expected. Comes with repair and care items like wood oil and spare screws. It was wonderfully packaged and looks like art art in our front hall. It is a perfect piece and tied our whole front entrance/living room together.

It’s not fit for purpose
This product is not secure when fitted on the wall. I wouldn’t risk placing my coats on it; and it is a lot shorter than the photo suggests. Very poor value for money
