Good one. Once you understand that instead of blowing. We should suck the air so that we are exercising our inspiratory muscles. It makes sense and make us work on it. It's a good one. It definitely helps focus on breath and calm our nerves too

I’ve been using the Respi-Ex Deep Breathing Lung Exerciser for a couple of weeks now, and I’m really impressed. It’s simple to use, but you can feel it working right away. I’ve noticed an improvement in my breathing and lung strength, especially during physical activity. Highly recommended for anyone recovering from illness, doing vocal training, or just wanting to improve lung capacity!

I am on oxygen and cpap machine and wanted to try and improve my lungs, however at the moment I can only just about lift the first ball. When using it yesterday a knock at the door made me jump and It fell off my knee onto carpeted floor and came apart, the plastic balls rolled across the floor and my darling shitzhu had them before I got to them. She didn't swallow them but now chewed up. Money wasted.
