These worked great. After learning how to properly measure for most efficient pumping, and ordering these they made all the difference! I highly recommend speaking with a lactation specialist about how to properly measure your breasts for fit, then coming back here to Amazon and getting the size you need. You won't be disappointed. Way less painful, and way more efficient. Makes the entire process way less of a pain.

These don’t stay in place first of all. But they HUGELY impact how this pump will actually pump. It has barely any suction with the inserts in. Honestly I wouldn’t get this pump again and have already bought a lansinoh pump.

As long as you know that you need to put this in the flange, twist so you get rid of the air and turn it, there's no way you can have problems like I read in other reviews. I tried it and I can't figure out how there were issues!! I've even bought these for friends who have had babies and got Ardo too! They love it! It's the quietest pump. If you put the insert in and twist it, it's perfect. <3

The sizing was perfect but there's almost no seal unless you mash a chunk of your boob all around the shield so you have to up the vacuum to get the same pull. It's a pain but for some reason this company chooses to make smaller shield inserts vs having the whole piece which would make more sense.

Still big for me but it helped me pump better. It doesn't click to lock but if you twist right, then it should stay in place.
