This pasta is DELICIOUS and you cannot find it in stores anymore at all, so I was so excited when Amazon had it online!! We love this with steaks, pork or chicken. It is so creamy and full of flavor!

I came home starving. Wife had said she was making this stroganoff mix for dinner. I was wondering what was going to accompany it, as on its own, seems like it would be just a side dish. I was starved & ready to eat a lot.I walked in the door, saw a large pot sitting on the stove. Lifted the lid and saw a surprisingly huge amount of this pasta mix, with 1-2 lbs. of beautiful ground beef mixed in. I was truly awestruck at the amount in the pot. I felt very reassured that I would be satisfied with this meal, and that this was a main course all on its own.When we were ready to eat a few minutes later, wife mixed some Greek yogurt in to give it that creaminess that stroganoff is known for.We tucked in....I’ll just say this - it was so good that literally as I was eating it, I was simultaneously on my phone ordering another 6-pack on amazon.This stuff is that good.But it gets better.I did the math; the Bear Creek Stroganoff mix on its own cost us about $3.60 for the one bag. Add in a few more bucks for the ground beef and Greek Yogurt and we had a large, very hearty, incredibly tasty and delicious meal for the two of us for maybe $10. I normally have a healthy appetite, but this was so good and I was so hungry I started with a huge bowl and went back for another almost full bowl for seconds. There’s STILL some left over.Wife had a huge bowl of her own. We both ate a lot and were incredibly satisfied and still had some leftover; roughly enough for one medium-sized portion; a medium meal for me or a regular sized meal for the wife’s appetite.I was introduced to Bear Creek mixes by my good ol’ mom. She found and made the chicken soup mix years back.You haven’t had chicken noodle soup until you’ve had Bear Creek’s chicken noodle soup. Add in some chicken; I imagine canned would do in a pinch, but for a real treat, buy a cooked rotisserie from the store, break some of that down & add that....then tons of lemon juice and pepper. Eat the soup along with the rest of the rotisserie chicken.You won’t find a much better bowl of chicken noodle soup anywhere and at any price, let alone the insanely low price you get Bear Creek at.I like the Bear Creek brand mixes because they are very fast and easy to make. You can eat them as-is in a pinch / emergency, but if you doctor them up with a little meat and a few extra spices / ingredients, they become unbelievably tasty, large, and hearty.I like them because they have a pretty long shelf life so while they’re not the only part of my emergency preparedness, they are part of it. You never know what could happen & it’s reassuring to know we have truly delicious and filling foods on hand where all we have to do is add water and heat, and they make a great base to build on.It’s Nov. 2018 as I write this, and sadly the prices seem to have gone up a lot, both here on Amazon and at my local grocery stores, but they are still a bargain even at the higher prices. Hopefully its just a temporary spike.Buy a few different kinds to see which ones you like the best and then stock up once you figured it out. I’ve tried several already & they are all very good but the Stroganoff & Chicken Soup deserve special mention.Truly spectacular foods at amazing prices.

Mac and cheese is one of the go to box meals and this cheesy and delicious variation is so tasty. Very easy to prepare and you can add chicken or other items to make a complete meal.

My family and I like this and it doesn't take long to make it. I would definitely order again.

The creamy chicken pasta is delicious! Me and my husband love it! It has gotten kinda pricey, but worth the money. It arrived as expected. I highly recommend purchasing this😀👍

Bear Creek Pasta Mix, Creamy Cheddar, 10.4 Ounce (Pack of 6) will be a go to for us as long as it remains available. This is pretty much a glorified mac and cheese product with a much better flavor than is typical. We never have any leftovers, it is that good. The packages from this particular item listing is huge and serves several people. It is also approved by my autistic, food sensory issues child. That is saying a lot!

This is one of my favorites. But with the new batch I just bought, even though I put in 1/2 cup less water than required, it turned out like stroganoff soup! There seems to be thickening agent missing. You'll have to add your own.

This is my favorite bear creek product and they stopped selling it in my local stores. The prices on amazon are outrageous compared to store prices. However, it is so easy to make and delicious, so I will keep buying it occasionally. It’s a great pack to have on hand when you just want something quick and easy. You just boil water, dump in the package, stir it occasionally, and wait for it to be ready. I recommend doubling the cooking time or else the noodles stay crunchy. Even after double time, they’re still a little “al dente”. Also, if you’re sensitive to salt, this might taste a little too salty to you. Otherwise, it’s outstanding for a “set it and forget it” type of meal.
