I got these to finally work but when first put in they would slide and then stick to my socks. Every time I took off my shoe one of these would be stuck to my sock. One shoe worked fine right off. The other took three tries of using them, resticking them inside the shoe and finally tossing them. The pack came with enough that I finally got it dialed in but it took several iterations.

I think the intended use is to make high heels slightly less unbearable, but I found it very useful for another purpose. Many of my shoes wear out on the inside heel upper before any place else, despite my efforts to be careful to fully unlace before taking them off or putting them on. And putting a pair of these on the heels when they start to go has prolonged the life of several pairs of shoes and boots by quite an extraordinary amount for such a cheap fix--a couple years so far, in at least one case (bought these first in 2021). It's not magic, and if there's an enormous tear it won't work, but it's a pretty impressive adhesive and does its job well. (For that reason, be careful to get it in the right spot the first time!) And the cushioning makes them quite comfortable as well. I don't generally have high expectations when I buy something from a brand I don't know on Amazon, but this has been the rare outperforming exception.

These are wonderful for people who have narrow heels that tend to slip out of shoes when walking or running. They keep my shoes on securely and don’t rub my feet.

I put them in all my dress shoes. Just wish they stuck better.

Soft, good quality, but does not stick to the shoe properly. It was gone after couple of days.

I was a bit apprehensive given some of the poor reviews, but if you are careful and attentive to inserting them, they seem to adhere well. The key I think is that "you have one shot' at sticking them on. I'm guessing that the surface stickiness deteriorates if, for example, you stick it on and then pull it off because you want to adjust it. So, be careful , take your time and then it will stick firmly.

I bought these for a new pair of loafers that were a little too big and without these they were rubbing at my heals. These heel grip liners were very easy to apply and the adhesive seems to be very strong. The padding of the heel grip liners is quite thick which is perfect if your shoes are a bit too big, it also makes them very comfortable.

Been using this product for the past 3 weeks and is definitely serving the purpose. My shoe foam was getting worn at the heel due to regular walking. After I started using these liners, the wearing had lessened as well as is comfortable in the heel. Probably would have to replace the liners after a while but still worth it as it has given the shoes a new lease of life and don't have to get a new pair of shoes anytime soon.
