The media could not be loaded. Keeps contents cold for a good amount of time and is easy to operate with one hand for ease of use. I did have an issue with spilling but that was my fault cause I sat down with the bottle still in the open position and it spilled some water before I realized what happened. The open loop makes it easy to attach a carabiner to it and attach to my messenger bag for hands free transport. Overall great item and would buy again.

This product is so good I purchased it twice. This is my go-to coffee mug for rugged environments. The paint can flake under intense pressure, but won't scratch in normal wear and tear. I will buy this product again if mine gets misplaced (again).

The media could not be loaded. BUYER BEWARE! My husband and I were very surprised to learn that Camelbak put out a product with poor quality. They have always sold top of the line containers. The lid on this model does not seal completely and they also leak from the push button on the back. Somehow liquid gets in there. We have had many leaks while using them. Not every time but often enough that they can't be trusted. We are terribly disappointed and will not buy this product again. Unfortunately we could not return the mugs, otherwise we would. Camelbak will need to restore our confidence before we purchase from them again.

I replaced my 7 year old camelbak coffee cup with this one only because the chipped paint started to annoy me with never a failure. This new 20 oz cup is all dishwasher safe and the angle of the drink area is better. Maybe this one will last me ten years or more. With the sturdy finish I don’t think this paint will chip

The unit seals nicely, but it leaves some liquid behind and that's what gets spilled after tipping over.

Until use, it doesn't leak... The cap design is unfortunate in that as soon as you press the button and take a drink, any residual liquid in the cap area will run out the back of your hand and drip on your clothes. This is awful if you plan on drinking coffee in the car or using anywhere indoors around paper or electronics. I filed a warranty claim since it was past the time to return it when first used. CamelBak sent me a new cap which does the exact same thing. If there isn't a compatible alternative cap design, then the only thing I can think of to make this steel bottle work is to just use it as a thermos and remember to spin off the cap when I want to drink. The overall quality of the materials is good, and the handle is nice. Its just the part of actually using it that works poorly.

Garrafa muito bonita, boa construção, mas vaza. No anúncio esta descrita como à prova de vazamentos, mas não é. A tampa não lacra ela. Ela vaza por vários lados na tampa. Não comprem.

No llego bien empaquetado como siempre manda Amazon, llego con un golpe, no tengo tiempo para devolverlo. Es un producto bueno y caro. No debería pasar esto

El empaque de cartón venía desgastado y había una indentación en la boca de la tapadera, no afecta su funcionamiento pero si la sensación táctil y estética del producto.

HAgo el frappe por la noche a las 22h y a las 10h del siguiente dia lo bebo aun frio y hielos

Funciona, pero la tapa no funciona del todo bien, se gotea.
