I’ll admit I often find myself overthinking in the evenings which tends to lead to insomnia. As a result, falling asleep can often be a difficult task. I was really excited to try this CBD-infused relaxing body lotion by This Works but unfortunately it underperformed.I’ll admit I did like the fragrance, it is quite dreamy with the infused lavender which is quite prominent and lingers on your skin. I applied this to the key areas of my body only due to the limited quantity. This included my neck, chest and anywhere with discomfort. Though I personally didn’t notice a ground breaking difference in terms of how fast I fell asleep. I did however wake up a little more well rested so there is that.The cream is hydrating and was kind to my sensitive skin and eczema condition. No issues here. This Works Sleep Plus Dream Body, 50mlI have had a sleeping issue ever since I gave birth. I've been using this every night for almost a week. I like its natural and calming scent. Its consistency is not too viscous, nor watery. One pump can cover a small area in your body, and the scent lasts for quite a while. I apply it around my shoulder and neck area as it is the closest to the face, as looking at its ingredients, it has pore-clogging ingredients.It easily gets absorbed on the skin, and it does not feel tacky, tho you need a few seconds for the skin to fully absorb it. And, it keeps my skin well-hydrated after continuous use.It claims that 78% of its users fell asleep faster and 78% of its users said they felt cocooned and comforted, which I somehow agree with.Not considering that it is only 50ml with a tag price of £28.00, I find it recommendable.

I have tried a number of products from 'This works' they are always quite expensive so they are a bit of a luxurious treat for me.This is a body lotion to apply before bed to relax you and get your mins ready for sleep. I tend to apply this to my arms and neck so that I get the full aromatic benefit from the product as it warms on my body and the soothing lavender, calming camomile and relaxing vetivert essential oils can get to work .This is an all natural product with Crambe Seed Oil, Vitamin E, Sweet Almond Oil, Retinol with 2% CBD.I love how this smells and really do find it a soothing and skin nourishing product that helps me calm myself and relax before bed.I wish it were a bit cheaper and I would use it every day but at this price, it is a treat product for when I am wound up.

This product from This Works is called Sleep Plus Dream Body. It is a body moisturiser which is designed as an overnight treatment to promote relaxation and improve the appearance of your skin. The ingredients include Lavender, Crambe Seed Oil, Vitamin E, Sweet Almond Oil and Retinol with 2% CBD. I must admit I don’t really like the aroma which is quite strong and a bit earthy, it is not so bad if you are only using a small amount but obviously to get the full benefits you need to use more. As I really wanted this to work I was willing to put up with the aroma in the hope that I would get a decent night's sleep and wake up with super smooth skin!In reality I found that it didn’t make any difference to my sleep at all. I do have problems sleeping, so I wasn’t expecting a full eight hours but even feeling a little bit more relaxed would have been good! My skin did feel a bit smoother but no more so that it would from using a good body moisturiser. I think the cost was steep for this product as it is quite a small bottle (50ml) and I didn’t find any great benefits from it. It may be one of those things that works for other people but for me I wouldn’t have this again.

This body cream states to improve sleeping time and quality. It sounds like a really attractive product and I can definitely use better sleep as I have a stressful period at work. I had high expectations after reading product descriptions but unfortunately, I didn’t see the result I expected.To start, this lotion has an intense smell which is a little overwhelming in the evening. This is unfortunate as it actually gets in a way of falling asleep. Plus, the smell is not really my favourite and I wouldn’t call it lavender. It is more hereby, like rosemary or something than lavender.The cream feels more like body lotion which is not an issue to me as I like to keep my skin moist, especially for the night.The effect on sleep was quite disappointing. I didn’t feel any improvement after a week using it - I slept for the same time, with the same interruptions when I wake up at night and definitely not deeper than usual (I am always a light sleeper so I was hoping this cream might help). Hence, I think this is just a usual body lotion that doesn’t even have the smell of my usual preference. Hence, I give it 3 stars.

This lotion comes stylishly packaged in a glossy slim bottle with a pump-action dispenser. It only contains 50ml though, which is not going to last very long, especially if you use it all over the body each night. The instructions recommend using it on your limbs or anywhere that needs attention.The lotion is a strange yellow colour which is slightly offputting! The smell is okay - there's some lavender in there for relaxation but also something else (presumably the CBD) that is less pleasant. The lotion spreads quite easily over the skin and sinks in quickly, leaving skin feeling soothed. By the next morning, some of the scent remained but my skin didn't feel any softer than usual. It didn't seem to make any difference to how well I slept. Overall I was expecting a little more of an effect and I'm not sure this is worth the high price!
