X-shaped and longer strands to clean in between the teeth. The brush head is wrapped in a soft material. It also has an ergonomic handle.

This is a great toothbrush. I have been using Elmex Sensitive toothbrushes for many years.
I am so happy that you are offering the Elmex toothbrush on Amazon. I lived in Switzerland for many years and use only this toothbrush. It is a bit pricey but really great and in the end worth the cost!! :-)
