Q: What are the return details, If I have a problem, do I have to pay to send these back to the UK?

I haven't sent anything back to the UK, I never had to pay to send back to Amazon. I would ask Amazon if that is who you purchased these from.

Q: What does 6 D(M) mean? I need a size 6 for men.

The D(M) in any shoe size simply means standard or regular, if you're buying shoes and you have regular feet then get these, if a person's foot is more narrow than normal it would be C(M), and if wider than normal it would be E(M) .
