Is this oil free and non comedogenic

Yes. I’ve been wearing this for 6 years. It is a staple in my cosmetic bag. I have eye allergies and find this to be easy on my eye area.

Well, it’s the only concealer I have used for at least 15 years If you use too much it will crease. I have tried others and they have ALL creased; I keep coming back to this because it doesn’t pull skin under eye and it truly is WATERPROOF
