I have a 95 pound German Shepherd and a 2016 Ford Taurus. He has plenty of room in the back seat, but having heated and cooled leather seats, his fur was getting trapped in the small circular vents for the cooling portion of the seats and it was a PAIN to get all of the fur out. Installed this in the back seats and it definitely helps keep the fur out of the vents. Easy enough to take out of the car and shake the fur off. My shepherd doesn't spend a lot of time in my car though, maybe once or twice a month. The straps are already starting to rip away from seat cover to the point I heard them tear when my dog hopped in.End results: I threw this out. It will probably work for smaller dogs, but for large breeds I would suggest you look at one that has heavier duty stitching in it so it doesn't come apart from the front head rests as you are driving down the road.

The product is as advertised. The material is not too thin but still could stand to be a tad more sturdy. Additionally, the size is just barely large enough for my Toyota Corolla: I wish it was 10% bigger, as the dog invariably squirms her way to exposing the seat and leaving some hair behind when I take her. But it does stop 95% of the "dog hair in the upholstery" problem, so really, it's basically doing what I expected of it. :)

Let me first say, I've had this in my car for about a week now and live near and go to the beach regularly with my dog, who seems to suck 3 lbs of sand into her fur every visit, depositing it directly into my car. While this heavensent gift does not stop my dog from tracking sand, it sure as hell prevents it from getting into all the nooks and crevices of my car. It has 2 velcroed holes to allow the seat belt to go through, so she can get buckled in. I have no idea what I was thinking not having this in my car, but now it's a must use every time she's in the car. Can't attest to the durability after having just a week, but so far so good.

Honestly a little shocked that this works so well, because it’s so cheap! Yeah, it doesn’t feel like the greatest quality, but it does exactly what it needs to do. I’ve only used it for about a month with my German Shepherd (in my Toyota Corolla), but so far it’s doing well. My GSD doesn’t move around a lot in the car, which may contribute to why it isn’t falling apart! If you’re questioning whether you should buy this or not, just do it because it’s $7 😂

This is exactly what my sister needed for her dogs, I bought this as a gift and she loves it. We managed to install it easily, it had adjustable straps so it fits her car perfectly. Also, it's waterproof and the fabric is top quality.
