Very interesting and actionable financial information for any serious invester

The media could not be loaded. I loved everything about this book and dedicated an entire notebook for all the things that I highlighted for all the stickies that I had put in pages and made my own notes based on their formula. I think this is a book for anyone, unfamiliar with passive investing, because it breaks it down so easily for you to understand and fully grasp. A special thanks to Anthony Vicino & Dan Krueger for writing this masterpiece!

I am halfway through this book and I have tons of great notes, it has sparked great conversations, and helped us understand a unique and detailed investment ecosystem. This is so straightforward, clear eyed, and funny which makes it a great introduction! I read quotes from the book to my kids so much they literally run from the room when I pick it up and say “you gotta listen to this!”. This is money well spent and we are excited to continue our learning journey through the book and use the knowledge to start investing!

The authors covered most things an passive investor needs to consider before investing in syndicated real estate deals in an accessible and easy to understand format.

Ever use cliff notes in school? Well this book is a better version of cliff notes for the best method of real estate investing I know of. I've recommend this book to a half dozen friends already and will be buying 10 hard copies for my own investors! Yes, it's that great of a book for a 30,000ft overview of apartment syndications!

Dan and Anthony do a great educational job in their podcast and the book was just as good. Thank you for bring simplicity in to an investment class that some other gurus try to make it seem complex.

This book is gold. Written by experienced investors, Anthony and Dan definitely know what they’re talking about. This book will truly teach you everything about syndicating deals and explain how to create financial freedom to create generational wealth. Absolutely amazing book and recommend to everyone!
