Caveat - I am NOT a tea expert . I have two issues1- It's ground so fine, it has to be strained through paper, which is NOT noted on the amazon ad. imo, either they need to crush it much coarser to work in a strainer, or put it in tea bags.2- Of the 3 sage teas I have tried now- this is the most bitter. The doc recommended sage tea, so here I am. Most sage leaves are sold in 'bulk, not bags, so I bought a tea strainer ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01016E7BK?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00 ). It works fine with the other sage leaves I bought. But again, this sage is ground so fine, it goes right through the holes, sits on the bottom of the cup, and never really dissolves.

This tea is so tasty. Not what I expected but still delightful! Perfect for a summertime tea because it is extremely cooling even when not iced it give a refreshing feel. This brand is the highest quality products out there highly recommend all of their products.
