this is extremely strong stuff. i've never personally used a retinoid product this powerful so i accidentally overused it.that's the only downfall - but that is entirely user error NOT product error.the product is WONDERFUL. i have had it for probably 3 weeks and already my fine lines are diminishing and i'm not even halfway through the product because i personally can't use it every day.i also recommend using the pads until they are absolutely DRY. i rub them on my neck, hands, feet, etc. i could not gush enough but BE CAREFUL because this is a powerful product for the newbies out there unaware of how to properly care for your skin while using (i.e.-me)do your research and stay out of the sun and care for your skin properly. it will do what it says. & for the price tag - it better. also this is a slightly cheaper option than the already pre-soaked pads so i recommend it even more. you just pour the bottle over it and save $20. seems like a no brainer. highly recommend!

Love this product. Was on a different brand of retinol and was waking up to the little white bumps every day. With this product, it actually helped to start drying out the white heads and I can definitely tell a huge improvement. Can't wait to see my 30 day results. Already ordered my next batch.

I love everything about it... except the the pads are extremely thin. I believe they use to be thicker.
