Crompton E-Save Energy Efficient Designer BLDC Ceiling Fan with Remote 1200 mm (Opal White)

A small rubbing sound is heard. It's hard at night. I can not sleep.

I purchased 4 months before. Yesterday onwards it stopped working.(it is my second fan from Crompton, both are not working. )When I called the customer care service center they are not behaving properly.It's shame for you a company like Crompton. Because of the brand I purchased Crompton.From my experience I am saying don't buy this fan.

It has been already a month using this fan. The product feels to be of 1500 bracket if you consider the quality of paint and material.Crompton is providing 5 yr warranty, i read that much and bought it during the sale for 2250 with card discount,over the atomberg fan.Fan started making small tick tick noise after 8 days.Also noticable amount of wobbling is present, whether due to my installing or something is wrong with the downrod, i dont know. But i can live with that much wobbling.Fan has other issues such as it has lesser air flow than my old fan. This fan has 210 cmm airflow and rpm are quite clearly lower than my older fan. But for 10*10 you can use this, for larger area i won't recommend this. Fan sometimes stops abruptly while starting, revolves in opposite direction and then again starts moving, happens only while starting sometimes. I don't know what's wrong with it. Has red LED light, blinks when remote button is pressed.If you get it around 2400 then only buy this one.Go for atomberg as it has great reviews and if you check crompton reviews you will definately see a lot of disappointed customers.I think this being their first BLDC product it has some issues that needs to be rectified.Lets hope it will serve me for years to come as Crompton is promising 5 yr warranty, hope they don't back out of that promise.My electricity consumption hasn't gone down by a lot as i was considering 7-8 unit reduction in bill but haven't seen that much,may be due to other appliances,will update after some months again. I use it at night only for 8 hrs or so.

Very happy with this purchase. Quality, speed, energy savings every thing as expected. Crompton brand as usual 👍

I had purchased 3 BDLC e-save 34 fans. The installation was smooth. However, after a few weeks, (after the return period of 30 days), the fans started making noise. Initially it was low, but it increased overtime to big noise. I had complained it in the CG portal. The service was conducted by the authorised personnel. Even after that, the fans made noise.Thanks to the CG Customer Care. The authorised customer care personnel was so customer friendly that he raised the issue to the company and filed the request to the company to replace the fans.The company replaced all the 3 fans with a different model. Now the new fans are running smooth.I recommend Crompton Greaves as a good fan to buy, but DONOT recommend to buy E-save model.

my one fan is noisy please tell me the services centre no in bhopal

Lot of improvement seems required for the assembly at manufacturing unit. Many fans found as some loose parts left inside inside and was making noise while rotating. Replacement as well received with the same status and forced to request for refund. There seems a wastage for time and effort which we may not get back.
