My plantars fasciitis had gotten really bad and I ordered these shoes and the minute I stepped into them, I felt like I walking on air. There is an arch, which is great, as it will allow your heel to drop and uplift your arch so that the fascia muscle is stretched and lifted and there goes the pain! I also have neuropathy in my toes from chemo, so the band at the top by the toes can be set loosely so that my toes are not scrunched together. These would also be great for someone with a wide foot. I love mine and wear them, even when I go to a big mall or walk on large areas of concrete. I live in Florida, so we pretty much wear sandals all the time. I am going to order more in different colors!

The shoes were not meant for wide feet and the strap on top is not adjustable. It is there for looks only. I tried to return them but they only offered a penny refund and no one would talk to me about it. Terrible customer service! If I could give zero stars I would.

Expected an adjustable strap across toes but it was fooler. A fake velcro strap across the nonadjustable toe band. Definitely is not a wide size.

Sandals did not fit. Heel strap too long and not adjustable, no velcro. Shoes feel like flip-flops. Exchanged few messages with the seller who tried to convince me that I can solve the problem by tightening the front velcro. Refused to accept return, offered 10% refund. Would never use this or other 3rd party sellers again. Thanks to Amazon A-Z guarantee, got a refund.

I've had a difficult time finding sandals after knee surgery that don't hurt my knee when I walk in them. These sandals have enough cushion. I can't wear heels but I can wear these. Thank you!
