Easy Peasy
I have used Swiss Kriss for years for occasional relief and always found it effective and mild. I am currently taking pain medication and iron tabs which can cause constipation. Swiss Kriss is resolving that problem quite well, thank you.

Amazon’s sending the product to me was great. On the other hand, the product doesn’t seem as strong. Maybe like more fillers and less product? Don’t know. But….
