Sturdy, but quickly comes off of the spool making a mess
While the product was not as wide as I expected, it is strong and waxed. My issue is that once I started using the lace, it quickly came unwound from the spool and made a mess. I had to unwind 1/2 of the spool, tape down the remaining half, and then rewind the spool to continue using lace, very annoying.

Usable for cable lacing
Seems to work well for cable lacing but these are lighter cables (7 amp single core 0.35mm²). Works best when cut using a soldering iron as the knots don't usually undo themselves after that.

A bit too thin
I purchased this hoping it was good for lacing wiring and noted a previous review that indicated that it was, however, it is a bit too thin for that purpose. A good quality lacing cord should be about 1.7 mm wide, and this is right at 1 mm. Probably still OK but the wider width would be more appropriate. On a positive note it is very strong.
