Rubbermaid Commercial Products Large Shallow Food Storage Container, 5 Gallon, Clear, for Restaurant/Kitchen/Cafeteria

I have an old cat, who pees outside her litter box. I've been scouring for a way to manage this and have tried so many things. This so far is the best. It serves as a tray to sit under the litter box that I can layer extra litter to catch the overflow. The size is perfect and it is sturdy and can be easily wiped down. It was difficult to find a tray that was deep enough to make a difference. In case anyone else has this issue, give this a go.

I use this tray for watering air plants, where I fill it almost all the way with water and set the plants in it to soak. For such a large tray, it's impressive that I can pick it up after to dump out the water and it hardly wobbles. If it can stand up to that, I figure it would be pretty durable for food storage too.

Love this tray. Perfect fit for on top of my washer & dryer to hold soap and cleaners for one tray. The other where I put towels, rags, etc. to be washed.

Interior dimensions will be about 2" shorter - please list interior dimensions in listings !!! Now I have a huge tray I really don't have a use for at this time and it's not worth the hassle to return. I needed a tray with minimum interior dimensions of 13" X 25". The width of this tray will work but the length is barely 24". The listed dimensions should have given ample room but the tapered sides and huge rim all around took up valuable interior area. Update - 1-18-21........ Found a use for it ! Makes a nice succulent planter on top of my washer in my little nautical bathroom - lol. Looks really nice too ! Added some of my shells and gemstone rocks. A sheet of bubble wrap under the tray absorbs washer vibrations. Just water very lightly as needed if you do similar - no drainage so be careful with that.

I am using these Rubbermaid Large Shallow Food Storage Containers as spill trays for 5 gallon DWC buckets.These work great, are easy to clean and are durable.These do not come with lids. I do not require lids but if you do, consider that.

I'm using this item to hold my dirty dishes when the dishwasher is full so that i can keep the sink clear all the time. It is working very well. I have a small kitchen and I don't have a double sink. This item works like a double sink would work if I had one. Much easier for me to get right to cooking even when there are some dishes left from a previous meal.

I searched forever for just the right shallow pan (but not too shallow) to use for litter box for my bunnies. This works perfect. I line the bottom with cardboard to protect the plastic and put litter on top and when I need to change it just dump it all into compost.
