Stop searching for beard wash, this is the one
This is the 4th bottle of this stuff I’ve purchased so I figured they deserve a review. Nothing bad to say about it. I’ve got pretty sensitive skin and I haven’t had any issues. It keeps my beard nice and soft and so far I like all the different scents I’ve ordered. They all have a clean, strong masculine smell which seems like it might linger on your skin all day but it doesn’t. I’ve been using it for a few years and buy a new scent each time I run out. I recently ordered the Citrus/Spice after some hesitation it would smell too much like cider punch or something. I figured I’d risk it since I liked the others. It does have a strong clove scent but it doesn’t smell too sweet so I like it. My favorite scent so far though is Timber.

Finally a beard wash that really works
This stuff is amazing! I've had a beard for several years now and have tried around 12 different types of washes, oils, moisturizers, etc. There was always at least one major downside to each pervious brand I've tried. I'm glad I found this brand and gave it a shot, because all of the positive reviews are true. First and foremost, since using this (I use it about 3 times a week) my beard dandruff is completely gone. I've had incredibly sensitive skin my entire life and not only has this gotten rid of the flakes, but I actually don't have to use any other beard products (lotions, oils, etc). I simply use this wash, brush my beard, and I'm set. My beard is noticeably softer now and it feels great. My hair and skin love this stuff and it smells great to boot!

Good value
I didn't think a beard wash could be as important as beard oil/wax. I don't even remember why I bought it. I know my husband really liked it a lot because he kept asking me to find it after we packed up everything and moved. He says it makes his beard softer and keeps it from curling up so tightly. He also enjoys the smell. To me it smells a bit like sawdust but fades really quickly. He easily could have gone a week just using regular shampoo in his beard but he has a strong preference for this product which, to me, earns it 5 stars.

Smells great feels great
It isnt moisturizing but it does great in cleaning. Smells fantastic! WAY better than their coal/pine tar shampoo. Be sure to use balm/oil afterwards to hydrate skin

I bought this for my boyfriend because he was out of the product he had been using and I saw this was a local (West Virginia) company. Being from WV, we wanted to support small business so we decided to order it. He loves it! He has since ordered several more products from this company and not one of them as disappointed!

Great scent and this bottle will last forever
Not much else to say besides it's an amazing shampoo and a little goes a long way - trust me. I first poured a lot and then when you rub it in your hands you quickly realize that it would be enough to clean your head of hear not just your beard...Just put a dime size (if that) and put some water and rub your hands together. I only do it in the shower so its easy but anything more than that and your bathroom will be covered in suds.
