Very happy with Juniper Berries.

I used about a half cup in some tonic. It seems to be working well, since it has been fermenting for almost a month. I had to add more Braggs Vinegar, since they siphoned up my liquid as they rehydrated. I won't know until a couple of months just how well they taste, and I am not sure what to expect, since I have never eaten a Juniper Berry before.

The spices are as describe and well sealed.
