Great fit for my grandchildren's swing. Holds the 4 x 6 perfectly. Mounted with lag screws and a bolt. Very strong support.

If you are building with 4" x 6" lumber this really simplified the attachment.

Used it to hang an eight foot 4x6 beam for a swing set. Very sturdy, should stand up well to outdoor weather and use. Can’t go wrong with Simpson.

Doesnt take carriage bolt as in image. Holes don't align.
