My dog usually takes Vision Bites by Zesty Paws. I’m not sure why but it suddenly became unavailable across-the-board. After some pretty good reviews on this product I tried it. The dog doesn’t like the taste however I just crush it into his food and he eats it. He is a 13 year-old cocker spaniel that is just beginning to have the sclerosis that dogs get with age. He seems to be doing OK and working as well as the other brand. Both brands reduce his junky eyes but I can’t say whether or not it’s improving his vision. Overall I would recommend this product.

I'm sure these are fine IF and only IF your dog will eat them, I tried to disguise them inside and around other food and my extremely picky 17 year old eater will find them and leave only them on the plate! I even broke them up and made them smaller and he still finds them, (and he's blind), they are very potent in smell, like I said I'm sure they are fine but not for picky eaters.

Our very picky 13 year old mini daushund mix likes them. They are soft enough for her to eat them even with only a few teeth left. Also have helped with our Shihtzu itchiness. Have made a huge difference. Highly recommend them.

A bit of a conflicted review here. I had noticed that my dog has recently had more daily eye boogs than she ever has. It has been warm this season so at first i figured it was just her allergies acting up as mine were doing the same. I ordered these to alternate with her allergy immune bites hoping it would help and give her eyesight some vitamins at the same time. My dog can be picky with her food at times but will happily eat most any vitamins i buy, except these. She will have nothing to do with them. I tried hiding them amongst her regular dog food and she would finish a whole bowl and these would be left. The batch i got was within its date, no issues there, but they do have a noticeable sort of scent almost like grape juice. At any rate my trick has been to get a can of the spray whip cream, put a small dab on each chew and then she eats them no problem. Counter intuitive with vitamins i know, but its every other day. Would not buy again, but it could just be my dogs particular taste. So overall, a mixed review because they do seem to help reduce her eye boogs but she just does not care for them.

Both of our dogs have some allergies that cause them to be itchy and scratch. Since using these vitamins, we have noticed considerably less scratchy. It also makes their fur very shiny. We have gotten several compliments recently about how shiny and clean they look when they haven't gotten a bath recently.

Love the product but is ALWAYS out of stock so had to move on to another brand .. seems ashamed since it’s so popular

I don’t mind breaking them up into smaller pieces because my fur babies are only used to miniature breeds foods and treats but they love them.
