I will only review something after testing it. Have installed this unit in Costa Rica where it is hot and humid. Many good electronics have failed on me in that climate. Have had 3 Milwaukee cordless tools and 3 batteries die within one year. This controller has worked perfectly for just over two years. I have 6 300 watt panels. I know that in full sun I am a bit over the capacity but that has not affected operation. Good value

i live off grid an have for 12 years purchased this 100 amp charge controller for a 24v system saying it can handle 100 amps is false the unit over heats on 50 amps shutting down the main dc disconnect 250 amp breaker this unit can handle 1000 watt solar array at best on a 24v system buyer beware this will burn your house down this mppt charge controller is very dangerious i will be replaceing it an discarding this garbage to the trash ive seen alot of controllers in my time an this is by far the worst.buyer beware

Easy to setup, no need for external software on laptop.

The manual is very hard to read and gives no clean information on how to use this unit the unit won’t switch on the PV single

So far so good for my application. Did ask a friend to help me out but all is good.
