A good product
It does what I need to have for my physical therapy.

Cannot inflate
There is no way to fully inflate this ball! It comes with a straw, plug, and pump which is basically useless. There is no valve to prevent air from escaping so minute you remove the straw and or pump the most of the air is lost. Do not buy!

Just a what I needed
My physical therapist used something like this in my sessions, and it was sufficient for physical therapy exercise homework.

The pump is junk
I am sorry that I spent extra to get the little pump with this. It barely blows any air in, and then pulls it back out. The straw works great. Like other reviewers have said, it’s nearly impossible to keep it inflated when putting the pin in. That’s OK for Silver Sneakers classes so it works well for me.

Wasn't impressed
Several of the balls has very small holes in them so they would not hold air

This ball is strong holds 250lb no problem
I'm not250lb but it can handle the wait if you want to use this ball for back exercise and its really strong.

Works but wish it was easier to inflate
Happy with quality and size. Works well for the on-line class I ordered it for. Wish it was easier to get the plug in after pumping it up so that I don't let out too much air trying to get it in.
