Protein quality is good even i lab teste good enough but don't buy blueberry flavour

Please don't go for blueberry. Only in case you like cough syrup flavour

Okay so let's start.( I'm writing this review after consuming 4 packets. And this protein was my sole source of protein based nutrition so i can authenticate its quality and results )> What I really liked about this product was the pricing, it's really pocket friendly unlike the other money hungry companies have to offer. The price is the biggest attraction point.MIX-ABILITY :> the product was easily dissolved in room temperature water but i did needed to stir it for a minute so i can get rid of those annoying lumps. But whenever I used a shaker, it created a lot of froth and bubbles which makes me wonder if they really used high quality milk to produce their product. So the mix-ability is AVERAGE.EFFECT ON STOMACH :>the product felt light on the stomach when I consumed it right after a workout, but there were still days when it gave me an upset stomach when I took it as first thing in the morning, it made my stomach growl and gassy. Which was a clear sign that it was irritating the lining of my stomach. But that can be expected from a cheap protein. Low quality ingredients can distress a stomach. However that was never the case when I tried optimum nutrition's whey protein concentrate. It had twice the amount of carbs then this one but it never made me gassy or uneasy. So high quality ingredients does matter. But again this one is much cheaper so I can't complain much.RESULTS :> my results were normal and nothing to brag about, I used to feel pumped and active with my previous whey protein as it gave me a good boost whenever I consumed it prior to training, but not this one.. I don't know the reason. I think the digestibility was not upto the mark and it failed to keep my body in an anabolic state. Which led some of my workouts to go in waste, I take proper rest so i don't have to rely on pre-workouts or so, but this protein really made my workouts stressful as i wasn't able to execute my full physical potential.VERDICT :> It's clear that it's an average protein with a bland taste, nothing spectacular about it, but if you're in a tight budget and need to save money for other important things in your life then this brand might just help you reach your goals, it won't be enough but it's still better then having nothing to rely on. The final judgement is up to you. I hope my review was helpful to anyone that is confused and looking for genuine protein in the Indian market as there are many manufacturers that sell poor quality products and toy with the trust and money of people..

Mixability of whey protein is not much good.rest is ok ...you can go for it
