Just loving these books. Relatable, humorous and characters you really care about. Glad it didn't recap the first story too much so could be read in isolation but great as a series. Onto the third!

I liked this 2nd book in the series much better than the first book. Probably because I know the characters a little better. It's a light quick book to read. The internal dialogue of the MC Paige is surface level & shallow as are the relationships between the characters. This is not a book that is challenging by any means but sometimes it's nice to read a book like this that is simplistic & predictable. It definitely follows the formula set-up in the first book. I liked that I could listen to it and do other things at the same time without missing much in the story.

I was thrilled to see Paige getting her HEA after what happened in book #1, and I think Josh is the perfect match for her.I also loved that Paige was finally able to let go of - internal and external - expectations to find her "professional HEA" in the end, too.(Also... Is it weird that I want to give Paige's Dad a big hug? :) )
