Best chef's knife
Hands down this is the best chef's knife you can get at this price range in indian market , it's is clearly a result of good r&d and solid manufacturing , the balance , blade quality feels very professional , as a culinary student I totally recommend this to anyone who is a beginner or a professional ,.

Heavy use knife
This knife is in many ways a copy of the Victorinox Fibrox 8 inch chef's knife but at a much lower price point. There are some differences though. The blade is high quality, but it is a lot thicker and is designed for rough tough use rather than for more delicate and precise use of the Victorinox. The assumption is that it would be used by the average Indian household rather than by a chef. Even the angle of the grind has been kept wide to facilitate the occasional cracking of delicate small bones although it is not designed for that. It cuts vegetables with ease, but you could change the angle of the grind while sharpening to a narrower one if you want to mimic the Victorinox. Good value for money. This basic design has been copied by many manufacturers overseas since the success of the Victorinox Fibrox 8-inch chef's knife.
