The big one is PERFECT to keep in the micro wave as a spill pad and at the same time use to lift out hot plates and bowls.

Haven't used them yet, but they look great, arrived within 2 days and are exactly as described.

Very happy with the product. I bought this set primarily to use as a splatter guard in the microwave but I recently used the smooth side of the larger mat to roll out biscuit dough. Note to those who have small microwaves, the larger mat may hit the sides of the oven.

Great kitchen items. Liked first set so much bought a second one so always have a clean spare. Way better in microwave than just paper towels on the glass turntable. Get a set, you’ll like.

I ordered these in the hopes that I could stop burning my fingers on food cooked in the microwave. Not only did they keep my pinkies pink, but they also catch the inevitable spills/leaks. They are VERY easy to clean. I was worried when I made some microwave popcorn atop the smaller one. It seemed to have a small scorch mark on it. I put it in the dishwasher, bottom shelf. I was stunned that not only did the scorch mark come off, the mat was just as perfect as the first time I used it. This would make a wonderful wedding or housewarming gift. I may need to gift myself with more for other household needs.
