So simple to cook, if you get it right. Keep it simple with the recipe. This smasher isn't the cheapest but it is very good. I guess it depends how precious you are about making proper smash burgers. If you don't care and the people that you are serving couldn't tell a burger from burned chicken leg, this burger smasher isn't for you.
